At Whiff Terps, your satisfaction is important to us. While our terpene-infused nasal inhalers are personal-use wellness products, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our full policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
🔁 Return Eligibility
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return must be requested within 5 business days of delivery

You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same one, email us at info@whiffterps.com.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof.
