Whiff Terps Shipping Policy – Pre-Sale Orders

Thank you for supporting Whiff Terps! All of our terpene-infused nasal inhalers are currently being offered as pre-sale items, which means your order will be produced and shipped after pre-sale quantities are sold and production is complete. Please review our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.


🚀 Pre-Sale & Order Processing

Processing Time:

  • All pre-sale orders are collected and processed immediately, but shipping will begin only after production is complete.

  • Estimated shipping timeline will be communicated via email and may vary depending on demand and production schedule.

Order Confirmation:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming your order immediately.

  • A second email with tracking information will be sent once your pre-sale item ships.

Important: Pre-sale purchases secure your product at today’s price, but the product is not yet in stock. Please plan accordingly.


🌎 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping for pre-sale orders. These rates reflect standard domestic and international shipping costs:

📦 Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: $6.20 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders over $50

  • Estimated Delivery: Begins once production is complete (dates communicated via email)

🌍 International

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $19.99 (for most countries)

  • Delivery estimates vary by region and may take longer due to customs processing.

Note: Shipping charges are collected at checkout, but fulfillment happens after production.


📬 Tracking Your Pre-Sale Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment anytime using the carrier’s tracking system.

  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days of the expected shipping window, please contact us at info@whiffterps.com.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • While we strive for timely delivery, shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier first.

  • Contact us at info@whiffterps.com if your order is not received 5+ days after the expected shipping window.

Damaged or Missing Items:

  • Report issues within 5 days of delivery via email at info@whiffterps.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged/missing items

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation


❌ Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned.

  • If a returned order is due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
